For common printing applications, we feel that our high-quality compatible cartridges are ideal, and with the significant cost savings on compatible products, we feel compatible cartridges are a better buy for most uses.

I can't find my printer and / or product listed on your website
We constantly develop new cartridges to meet the latest models coming from major manufacturers. However, there is sometimes a delay while we source high-quality compatible cartridge components.

My printer is not listed on the box
Each cartridge type is often used in many different printers. As the printer manufacturers frequently release new printer models, we can often have stock where the packaging does not contain the latest model list.
This is especially true for Brother & Canon compatible cartridges; in reality there are too many printers to list the complete range on a single cartridge box. Due to our minimal picking error rate, is is very unlikely that we have sent you the wrong cartridge.
You can check that you have the correct cartridges by comparing the cartridge models listed for your printer against a printer listed on the box using the information on our website, if the cartridge model numbers match you have received the correct cartridges.

 

Can you ship to an alternate address to the registered card holder's address?

Unfortunately for security reasons and due to the dangers of credit card fraud, we can only ship printers to the registered Card Holder's address.

When ordering printers, please be sure to enter the delivery address that matches the Card Holder address. This must match the address your credit/debit card company holds on its records.

 

How much does delivery cost when buying a printer?

Please be aware that due to the size and weight of printers, there will be a charge of £6.00 for standard delivery. This delivery charge applies to UK mainland deliveries only. There may be addition charges for non UK mainland deliveries however we would contact you prior to despatching your order to clarify this.

You can select an upgraded delivery option by Courier Delivery at an additional cost which will be added to the standard charge. 

Please note:

All orders placed before 4pm on a working day (Monday to Friday), will be despatched on a same day basis. Courier delivery will deliver as standard on a next working day basis. Their service excludes weekends. Therefore, orders placed on Friday before 4pm, will be delivered on Monday.The courier will deliver between 9am - 5:30pm on a working day.

 

What is Next Day Toner's return policy for Printers?

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from NextDayToner.co.uk. However, there may be occasions when you need to return items to us.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.


If you change your mind (Within 10 Days)

If you have changed your mind and you are a private customer (not applicable to business customers), and the goods have not been in your possession for over 10 days, then you are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund on condition that you take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. 

If you change your mind and you are a business customer, any refund offered will be subject to a 15% restocking fee from the point you recieve your order.

In particular this means that you will:

  • not open shrink-wrapped or blister pack products or break any manufacturer's seals
  • not load any included software onto any PC or laptop
  • return in good condition all packaging, manuals, cables etc

Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer.

If you change your mind (After 10 days)

If you wish to return goods after 10 days of reciept, because you have ordered the incorrect items or you have changed your mind you may still do so and have the value of the returned items (less a 15% restocking fee) transferred towards replacement goods. All goods must be unoppened and in their original packaging.

Please note that we will accept goods back under these conditions up to a maximum of one calendar month from date of ordering.

How do I raise my returns request?

To return a product you must obtain a returns authorisation number (RMA), you can get this by sending an email to support@nextdaytoner.co.uk Please include the order number in the subject line and a description of why you want to return the item in the email.

What is the best way for me to return my items to you?

We always advise our customers to use some form of delivery that requires a signature on delivery. The majority of items are returned to us using Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery.

 

What should I do if my printer becomes faulty?


If your printer is faulty or should become faulty, you can obtain a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase - you must be able to provide your order number.

To return a product you must obtain a returns authorisation number (RMA), you can get this by sending an email to support@nextdaytoner.co.uk Please include the order number in the subject line and a description of why you want to return the item in the email.If we establish that your printer is faulty and you have recieved your RMA number, we will then issue a returns address or arrange for the printer to be collected via courier.

 

What to do if my printer becomes faulty after the 14 day return period.


If your printer should become faulty after the 14 day return period, your printer will fall under its individual manufacturer warranty. Please refer to your printer manual for a manufacturer support telephone number.
